School Registration Form

Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis based on the time your order is submitted via the website. The Box Office will contact you within THREE (3) business days, at the e-mail provided, regarding the status of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have more than one order, please submit another on-line reservation. For example, if your school would like to attend both PINKALICIOUS and CAMP ROCK, please complete two on-line reservations.

This number must include all students, teachers, chaperones and the complimentary ticket(s) to which you are entitled.
