Journey to a Trauma Informed Life

House Rules

Cameras, Recording Devices And Laser Pointers

The photographing or sound recording of any performance is prohibited by law. The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and is extremely dangerous to the performers.

Children

We LOVE children, and encourage you to let them experience live theatre as often as possible.  However, as a courtesy to our patrons, please exit the auditorium with your child if they become disruptive during a performance.

Infrared Listening System

We are equipped with the Infrared Listening System to allow audience members with hearing loss to enjoy the show. These listening devices are available at the Box Office free of charge for use during a production.

Latecomers

Patrons who arrive late for a performance will be seated at an appropriate break in the show by the Head Usher.

Electronic Beepers & Cellular Phones

Patrons with alarm watches, beepers or cellular phones are respectfully requested to turn them off before entering the auditorium. They interfere with our sound system and hence your enjoyment of the show.

Fire Notice

The exit indicated by a red light and sign nearest to the seat you occupy is the shortest route to the street. In the event of fire or other emergencies — do not run — walk to that exit.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any area of theatre. If you wish to smoke, you must leave the building.

Ticket Exchange

Tickets may be exchanged within the run of a performance (for any other performance of the same show) prior to the date on your original tickets. Cash refunds or refund vouchers are not available.

Fragrances

Please be aware that many people are sensitive and/or allergic to perfumes and other fragrances.
