Youtheatre Series

The Erie Playhouse Youtheatre is theatre for youth, by youth. Participants are between the ages of 5 and 18. These young people are encouraged to explore the art of theatre on stage, behind the scenes, through classes and in the orchestra.

This delightful musical adaptation of the the story of the ugly duckling is one of the most beloved fables of all. Winner of multiple awards, including the Olivier Award for Bet Musical, this heart-warming celebration of being different is sure to delight audiences of all ages with its sparkling wit and memorable score.

Fantastic "Frozen" fun.

Be spirited away be this new musical adaptation of the fantastical coming-of-age tale. Join Gerda on a dangerous and whimsical quest to save her best friend Kai be fore he is trapped forever in the Snow Queen's palace. With an original pop rock score and steampunk flair, you'll soon see this is not your average bedtime story.

A hair-raising musical adventure!

Enjoy a new spin on the classic fairy tale as Rapunzel boldly "takes charge" in this inspiring musical adaptation. Captivating songs, witty dialogue and more will enchnat young and old in the "towering tale."
