Domenic Del Greco

Domenic Del Greco, Youtheatre/Education Director

Domenic is a graduate of Edinboro University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in English and Theatre and also attended University of Pittsburgh for Journalism, where he also appeared in and helped to run Friday Night Improv. He has been a teaching artist with the Youtheatre program since 2009, working with groups at the Barber National Institute, Sarah Reed Children’s Center, the Achievement Center, the Erie School District, on-site classes, Youtheatre camps, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and beyond. He has served as a co-director and assistant director for both Youtheatre and Mainstage shows, as well as directing shows for the Youtheatre Play Series. In addition to his work with the Playhouse, Domenic has also directed locally at Edinboro University and Dramashop, an organization he also co-founded and served as an Education and Outreach Coordinator. Domenic has also appeared onstage in regional summer-stock theatres in Pittsburgh and Tennesee, as well as around the Erie region. Erie audiences have also enjoyed his talents onstage in roles such as Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher, Nick Carroway in The Great Gatsby, Carmen Ghia in The Producers, Andrew Jackson in Bloody, Bloody, Andrew Jackson, George in Sunday in the Park with George, and countless other performances.
