Auditions for the Erie Playhouse special event MISCAST will be held on July 16th at 7:00 p.m. at the Erie Playhouse Rehearsal Hall at 1158 East 12th Street.
Actors are asked to arrive and to sign in within the first hour of the audition start time. All roles are available. The Erie Playhouse practices Color Conscious casting. All ethnicities and newcomers are especially welcomed. Questions? Please contact richardd@erieplayhouse.org.

You must be at least 14 years old by the time of auditions.
All roles are open.
Audition Requirements: Please prepare to sing 32 measures of a musical theatre song of your choosing. Please bring sheet music in the appropriate key or a karaoke track. An accompanist will be provided.
Synopsis: Erie Playhouse Presents: MISCAST is a one-night-only musical spectacular featuring local performers, performing songs from roles in which they would not traditionally be cast!
FAQ: What should I sing for auditions? Anything you’d like! Have a favorite audition song you love to pull out any chance you get? Go for it. If you have something in mind that you’d want in the concert and feel like it would be a good addition to the MISCAST theme – feel free to sing that! (Keep in mind, it’s not guaranteed to be put in the show!)
