Journey to a Trauma Informed Life

Highmark Caring Place Playhouse’s first Stars in Our Community Awardee

The Erie Playhouse would like to congratulate The Highmark Caring Place, the first Stars in Our Community honoree, and recipient of Playhouse Youtheatre tickets to JUNIE B.’S ESSENTIAL SURVIVAL GUIDE TO SCHOOL JR.!

The Highmark Caring Place – A Center for Grieving Children, Adolescents and Their Families – is a safe place where grieving children and families can come together and be with others who understand what they’re going through. An essential community resource, the Caring Place offers services at no charge to grieving families from throughout the community.

We’re proud to shine a spotlight on community partners making our region – and our world – a better place, through the Stars in Our Community Program.

“The Highmark Caring Place is honored to be the first recipient of the Stars in Our Community program,” said Jonathan Williams MEd, CT, School Services Coordinator and Senior Grief & Clinical Services Specialist with Highmark Caring Place. “Our families will be excited to see another incredible show at the Erie Playhouse!”

Congratulations to the Highmark Caring Place – and thank you for all you do!
