Journey to a Trauma Informed Life

“It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.” – Walt Disney

A note from Executive Director Zach Flock

I just finished reading a biography of Walt Disney, and this quote really jumped out at me. And let me tell you: Mr. Disney was right. I know this because, as theatre artists, we get to do the impossible every day!

This winter, our audiences will see so many seemingly impossible things happen on our stage in DISNEY’S FROZEN: THE BROADWAY MUSICAL, a production that I’m sure would make Walt proud.

There’s a singing and dancing snowman, a prancing reindeer, and too many magical moments to list here. Not to mention stunning scenery, incredible costumes, and knockout performances.

Our entire team is pulling out all the stops to bring the impossible to life. The work is hard. The tech week hours can be grueling.

But don’t let them tell you they’re not having fun! It is all worth it when we see and hear the audience reaction on opening night and every performance thereafter.

Our team does the impossible so that our entire community can share in the fun… and the magic… and the emotion!

It’s all fueled by the support of patrons like you. I’m thrilled to share that we have raised our 2025 Annual Fund minimum goal of $214,000 and are now aiming higher! With your support, we’re hoping to reach $250,000 in annual fund donations by the end of December.

Reaching our stretch goal will put us in a really strong position as our season comes to an ended. It may seem impossible, but remember: doing the impossible is kind of (actually, really) fun!

We are so grateful for each and every one of you. You make our community a better, brighter, more magical place. Let’s keep doing the impossible together!

Best,

Zach Flock
