The Erie Playhouse kicks off our 110th Season with the red hot smash hit, MEAN GIRLS!
Nominated for 12 Tony Awards and based on Tina Fey’s hit 2004 film, this high-energy musical is packed with big laughs, fierce dancing, and totally “fetch” fun – exploring themes of identity and survival of the fittest in a ruthless suburban high school.

THE SHOW:
Cady Heron (Hadleigh Jae Bills) may have grown up on an African savanna, but nothing prepared her for the vicious ways of her strange new home: suburban Illinois. Soon, this naive newbie falls prey to a trio of lionized frenemies led by the charming but ruthless Regina George (Maddie Penpek, Gina Ghamo & Tobeigh Ingram). But when Cady – alongside Janis and Damian (Julya Polaski, Zach Yeager) devises a plan to end Regina’s reign, she learns the hard way that you can’t cross a Queen Bee without getting stung.
