2017 Titles Mamma Mia

On the eve of her wedding, a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mother's past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago. The story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, creating an unforgettable show.

2017 Art Jack

Fee. Fi. Fo. Fun! We smell another wonderful musical hit from the Youtheatre. With a splendid spin on this classic tale, Jack meets up with a scientific giant, a plucky Golden Harp and a tap-dancing Golden Goose. Wackiness ensues as Jack tries to escape the magical kingdom!

2017 Titles Annie

Leapin' Lizards! The irrepressible comic strip heroine takes center stage in one of the world's best-loved musicals.The winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. Little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is the perfect family-friendly musical.

2017 Titles Petite Rouge

 (YT)  Jan. 19-21, 26-28, 2018

Take a head-bopping trip to the bayou in this family-friendly, Zydeco-driven musical soaked in N’awlins hot sauce! Based on the classic fairy tale, a red-hooded duckling named Petite Rouge and her sidekick cat lead the Big Bad Gator on a wild “duck” chase through New Orleans and Mardi Gras. Will they make it to Grandmere’s house with a basket full of Cajun goodies?

2017 Titles Deathtrap

This ingeniously constructed play offers gasp-inducing thrills and spontaneous laughter. Dealing with the devious machinations of a writer of thrillers whose recent offerings have been flops, and who is prepared to go to any lengths to improve his fortunes, Deathtrap provides twists and turns and sudden shocks in such abundance that audiences will be held spellbound until the very last moment.

2017 Titles Sunday George

Inspired by the famous painting by Georges Seurat, Sunday In The Park With George, Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's stunning masterpiece, merges past and present into beautiful, poignant truths about life, love and the creation of art. One of the most acclaimed musicals of our time, this moving study of the enigmatic painter Georges Seurat won a Pulitzer Prize and was nominated for an astounding 10 Tony Awards including Best Musical.

2017 Titles Clybourne

(MS)  April 13 & 14, 19-22, 25-29, 2018    

This award-winning play explodes in two outrageous acts set fifty years apart. Act One takes place in 1959, as white community leaders anxiously try to stop the sale of a home to a black family. Act Two is set in the same house in the present day, as the now predominantly African-American neighborhood battles to hold its ground in the face of gentrification. Winner of the 2011 Pulitzer Prize and the 2012 Tony Award for Best Play.

2017 Titles Candide

A Collaboration with the Erie Philharmonic.  

A score by the legendary Leonard Bernstein, a book from Hugh Wheeler, and lyrical contributions from the incomparable Stephen Sondheim, make Candide a masterpiece for the ages. This comedic operetta is based on Voltaire's satire of innocence, optimism and the unexpected lessons of life.

2017 Titles Junie Jones

A delightful adaptation of four of Barbara Park's best-selling books brought to life in a genuinely comical (and not strictly-for-kids) musical. Sneak a peek into the "Top-Secret Personal Beeswax Journal" of the outspoken and lovable Junie B. Jones! Join this sassy diva as she navigates 1st grade and finds one adventure after another.

This majestic musical brings the legend of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table to life with an extraordinary score and a story that poignantly dramatizes the human conflict at the heart of this classic tale. With enchantment, pageantry, and glorious melodies, Lerner and Loewe’s classic won’t “Let it be forgot/That once there was a spot/For one brief shining moment that was known as Camelot.”

2017 Titles Boeing

It’s the 1960s, and swinging bachelor Bernard couldn’t be happier: a flat in Paris and three gorgeous stewardesses all engaged to him without knowing about each other. But Bernard’s perfect life gets bumpy when his friend Robert comes to stay and a new and speedier Boeing jet throws off all of his careful planning. Soon all three stewardesses are in town simultaneously, timid Robert is forgetting which lies to tell to whom, and catastrophe looms.

From the Oscar® -winning team, Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz, comes a lushly scored retelling of an epic story of love, acceptance, and what it means to be a hero.
